-Three-day Bangladesh Film Festival begins at Arirang Cine Center, Seoul from 20-22 July 2018

3rd Bangladesh Film Festival will begin at Arirang Cine Centre, Seoul from 20~22 July 2018 to portray the art, culture and the social fabric of contemporary Bangladesh to the foreign as well as Korean audiences. The Embassy of Bangladesh is organising this Festival in cooperation with the Korean Cultural Association, M&M International and Bangladesh Cultural Association in South Korea.

Four widely acclaimed and popular contemporary Bangladeshi films, with Korean and English subtitles, will be shown during this three-day Festival.

After the inauguration ceremony on 20th July 2018 (Friday), at 1800 hrs at Arirang Cine Center, Haldaa, the winner of 8th SAARC Film Festival, directed by eminent film maker Tauquir Ahmed, will be screened. Other films titled Doob (No bed of Roses), Khacha (The Cage) and Swapnajaal( Fake Dream) will be shown during the following two days of the Film Festival.

The viewers will have the opportunity to freely exchange their views with the directors of Swapnajaal ( Fake Dream) Mr. Giasuddin Selim and Khacha (The Cage) Mr. Akram Khan on 22 July 2018, immediately after the screening of these two films.
