FKCCI (The French Korea Chamber of Commerce & Industry) prepares the Chamber’s platform for French companies suffering difficulties in recruiting Korean talents 

including to hold a job fair so that they can recruit effectively Korean talents.

Such facts were revealed by FKCCI president David-Pierre JALICON who serves as D.P.J. & Partners Ltd. CEO as well, by his welcome 

remarks during its annual FKCCI Bastille Day event, held at Floating Island on July 

14th evening.

Touching upon the facts that there have been many commemorative events to 

commemorate 130th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Korea & France during 

last two years as well as the two countries welcomed new Presidents, that is, President 

Moon & President Marcon, JALICON said FKCCI plans to hold more dynamic events 

during the second half of the year.

French envoy Fabien Penone as well who was on hand at Floating Island to fete 

French National Day with FKCCI as well as to encourage French community, assessed 

that Korea-France relations spent very abundant years during last two years, naming 130 

anniversary of diplomatic relations and G20 Hamburg Summit between the two 

Presidents as two representative events to consolidate bilateral relations.

As follow-up measures after Moon-Macron Summit Meeting in Germany, Penone summarized up 4 areas to deepen & 

to develop bilateral ties as priority agendas, that is, strategic dialogue, sustainability 

of economic relations development,  the importance of science field exchange, and 

last but not least close cooperation of national defense area between two countries.
